Course objectives
The student must understand the principal elements of normal anatomy and function and of the pathological processes and diseases that affect the adrenal gland, kidney, ureter, bladder, urethra in the male and female, and the prostate and male external genitalia.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING Acquisition of theoretical knowledge concerning urology with a focus on most relevant cancers and diseases linked to the use of Artificial Intelligence.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING Acquisition of the ability to apply the theoretical urology knowledge to the solution of cases, with a focus on relevant issues managed with Artificial Intelligence.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS Acquisition of aware judgment autonomy concerning evaluation and interpretation of clinical data to achieve strategic choices in relevant situations.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Acquisition of multidisciplinary communication skills and expertise, as well as the acquisition of elements of technical terminology.
LEARNING SKILLS. Acquisition of autonomous learning capacity and self-assessment of its preparation, to undertake subsequent studies with a high degree of autonomy.

Course delivery
12-hours course, divided in theoretical lessons and exercitations. The attendance is mandatory.
ON LINE TEACHING: In case of need, the course will be delivered remotely. The course will be organized in theoretical lessons (synchronous), using the WebEx platform.

Learning assessment methods
Written exam.
Students will be evaluated by a written exam on the topics addressed during the course. The test will consist of open questions and “true or false” questions.
ON LINE EXAMS: In case of need, the exam will be carried out remotely. It will consist of an oral test via Web-Ex. Students will receive communication on how to access the test and the Web-Ex platform by e-mail on the institutional e-mail address.
